- Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling made 3 or more business days before your appointment will not incur a charge.
- Cancellations or rescheduling made within 2 business days of your appointment will incur a $50 fee.
- Missed Appointments: If you confirm your appointment and fail to attend without providing notice, you will be charged a $150 no-show fee and may be required to add a credit card to your file for future reservations.

Please arrive promptly for your appointments, and if required to submit forms, have them completed in advance. If forms are incomplete, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early per form to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
